“ Like many other reviewers, we were on our way to Acadia and almost there when the tire light in my Forester came on (the Saturday of Memorial Day). We also had our 2 dogs with us. They took us right in and promptly found a nail in the sidewall along with another issue. While we waited, our boys got so much love, many pats, treats, and water. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. We were staying for the week so they ordered a new tire for us, and since the other issue couldn't be resolved until Tuesday, they offered us the Furry Forester loaner (which was brand new!) for the weekend. When my tire came in and was installed, they rediagnosed the other issue and let us know it was safe to drive and that it was something we could get taken of when we got home. I can't thank Wen enough for all she did for us and for everyone who came together to keep our trip on track and get us back home safe and sound. What a gem this dealership is. Thank you all so much! ”
